Suggested Formulation Using CP Oat Beta Glucan
This formulation produces a natural, alcohol-free facial toning lotion that is gentle but active on the skin. The Oat Beta Glucan provides long lasting skin softening, hydrating and soothing properties. The formulation is likely to comply with the Ecocert Organic standard.

Method of Manufacture:
Disperse the xanthan gum in the water with stirring. When homogeneous, add the remaining ingredients and blend well.
