Suggested Formulation Using CP Oat Beta Glucan
This fluid, light texture, facial serum can be dispensed from a pump applicator. It is designed to be under a day or night cream to boost anti-wrinkle and deep hydration benefits. CP Oat Beta Glucan is the key ingredient used to promote cell renewal, stimulate collagen synthesis and increase the viscoelasticity of the skin. The formulation is likely to meet various natural standards as all the ingredients are derived from natural/organic sources.

Method of Manufacture:
Heat the water and glycerine of phase A to 75 - 80°C. Disperse the Amigel with stirring. Add the Amisol Soft and retain the temperature at 75 - 80°C whilst stirring for around 20 minutes, until the Amisol is fully hydrated. Heat phase B to 75°C and add to A with stirring. Mix gently for 5 minutes, followed by homogenization with a high shear mixer for 2 minutes. Cool to below 40°C and add phase C.
N.B. pH may need to be adjusted to 5.2 - 5.4, if it is outside this area.
