Method of Manufacture

 

  1. Add all phase A ingredients to the vessel
  2. Heat to 60 deg C with constant stirring
  3. Once all solids have melted high speed mix using a homogeniser 6500 rpm for 10 minutes
  4. Once homogeneous stir with low speed paddle mixer
  5. Slowly add phase B with constant stirring
  6. Continue to stir to ambient temperature.
